How to make parupu adai?
Ingredients: Tuvaram parupu/Toor dhal - 1/4 cup Kadalai parupu/Chana dhal - 1/4 cup Idly rice - 1/4 cup Ulundu/Urad dhal - 2 tablespoon Paasi parupu/Moong dhal - 2 tablespoon Onion - 1 small finely chopped Green chilies - 2 finely chopped Curry leaves - few Coriander leaves - few finely chopped Salt - As per taste Oil - As needed My husband leaves for office early, so I try to make easy breakfasts as possible.
