Ingredients:
Plain flour - 1 1/2 cup
Ghee/Clarified butter - 1/4 cup
Powdered Sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Water - 2 tablespoon or as needed
Cardamom powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - a pinch
In a bowl add in the dry ingredients and mix well. Ensure that all the ingredients are mixed well before we add in the wet ingredients.
Now add in the ghee and mix it well into the dry ingredients. Try and make a dough and add water as needed. Do not over work the dough.
Pre heat the oven to 180 degree C. Line the baking tray with baking paper. Make small balls between the palms and flatten it a bit when you place it in the baking tray. Leave some space between the cookies and bake these for good 15 mins.
