How to make easy and healthy oasts muffin?

Ingredients:
Whole wheat flour - 1/4 cup
Powdered sugar - 1/4 cup
Oats - 1/4 cup
Butter milk - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/4 teaspoon
Banana - 1 mashed (ripe)
Baking powder - 1/2 teaspoon
Salt - 1/4 teaspoon
Oil - 1/4 cup
Milk - 2 tablespoon (optional)

Pre heat your oven to 180 degree C while we prepare the filling.

In a bowl soak oats in 2 tablespoon of milk for at least for 30 mins so that they become soft and its helpful in baking. In another bowl mash the banana well and keep it aside.

In a bowl add wheat flour, powdered sugar, salt and baking powder and mix well. Now to this bowl with the dry ingredients add in the soaked oats along with butter milk, vanilla essence and oil. Mix these ingredients well so that there are no lumps and all the dry ingredients gets absorbed by the wet ingredients. Finally fold in the mashed banana. I add the banana at the end because I like chunks of banana while eating.

Line your muffin mold with paper liners or grease them with oil so that they don't stick to the mold. Fill the molds till 2/3 rd and bake them for 15-20 mins or till tooth pick inserted in the middle comes out clean.

I like to have this as my breakfast with a cup of hot coffee.
