Ingredients:
Aattu kaal (Goat legs) - 6 pieces
Shallots - 10 nos
Garlic - 6 nos
Ginger - a small piece
Pepper - 1 tablespoon
Tumeric powder - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Coriander - few chopped
Water - 3 cups
Crush shallots, garlic & ginger coarsely and set it aside. Wash and keep the aattu kaal aside.
In a pressure cooker add the washed aattu kaal, coarsley ground shallots, garlic, ginger, pepper corns, salt and tumeric powder. Pour in 3 cups of water and put the pressure cooker on low/medium heat for a tleast 30 mins.
Let the pressure subside which might take another 10 mins and serve it with chopped coriander and pepper powder.
