How to make rava dosa?

Ingredients:
Roasted rava - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1 cup
Maida - 1/4 cup
Butter milk/water - 1 and half cups
Jeera - 1 teaspoon
Pepper - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 2 medium sized
Green chilies - 2 finely chopped
Ginger - 1 inch finely chopped
Curry leaves - few chopped
Coriander leaves - few chopped
Salt - as per taste

Add all the ingredients in bowl and mix well. The consistency of the batter should be runny and not like dosa batter. Keep the batter aside for at least 15-20 mins before you start making dosas.

Warm up the tava and grease it with oil or ghee. Start pouring the batter from the outer parts of the tava to the inner parts. Cover the dosa with a lid for about a min for it to be cooked and flip it on the other side after a min.

Easy, tasty onion rava dosa is ready to be served. You may pair this up with coconut chutney.
