Today I am going to review the vermicelli payasam/Kheer mix for you.
First lets talk about the packaging. It comes in the MTR standard packing in red. It has the standard labeling on the front with the company's logo and the product name along with the pictorial representation of the end product. It has the ingredients list, preparation method and other details at the back of the pack. It generally comes with 6-12 months expiry from the date of manufacture.
It has the distinct cardamom smell as soon as you cut open the pack. You can see vermicelli, raisins in the mix. It contains white powder which I assume is the milk powder and coconut powder.
The preparation of this payasam is pretty simple. All you had to do is add the contents of the pack into milk and boil it. Tada!!! your vermicelli payasam is ready.
