How to make easy rava laddu - version 1?

Ingredients:
Rava/Semolina - 1 cup
Coconut - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/2 cup
Ghee - 1/4 cup
Cashews - as needed
Raisins - as needed
Salt - a pinch
Cardamom - few powdered

In a pan dry roast rava till it smells good. Keep this aside. In the same pan dry roast grated coconut and keep it aside.

Powder the sugar in a blender and keep it aside.

Warm up the ghee in a frying pan and roast cashews & raisins. Let this cool down completely.

Now add the dry roasted rava, grated coconut, powdered sugar, cardamom powder and a pinch of salt. Mix all these together so that you don't end up with some ladoos very sweet and some not being sweet. Now pour in the warmed up ghee along with cashews & raisins. Mix well with spatula and once the heat is bearable, start making small balls aka ladoos.
