How to make easy egg bhurji - version 2?

Ingredients:
Eggs - 2 beaten
Onion - 1 medium sized finely chopped
Green chilies - 1 finely chopped
Ground black pepper - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - as per taste
Turmeric powder - a pinch (optional)
Oil - 1 teaspoon
Curry leaves - few

In a small pan warm up the oil and then add in the chopped onions & curry leaves. Saute the onions for few mins till they turn transparent. Then add in the chopped green chilies. Saute it for a minute or so more before we add in the beaten eggs.

To the beaten eggs add in the ground black pepper, salt and turmeric powder. Beat this mixture well, so that all the pepper and salt is incorporated into the eggs. Now pour this mixture into the pan with onions and stir it well at a low flame. In few minutes, egg will start to fluff up while you keep stirring and there you have another easy version of egg bhurji.
