Ingredients:
Plain flour - 1/2 cup
Granulated sugar - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 teaspoon
Egg - 1 slightly beaten
Oil - 1/2 cup
Vanilla essence - 1/4 teaspoon
Salt - a pinch
Coco powder - 2 tablespoon
Banana - 1 cut in small pieces
Pre heat you oven to 180 degree C while we prepare the batter.
In a bowl whisk oil and sugar well. To this add egg and whisk again. Add in the vanilla essence and set it aside. Now in a separate bowl under a sieve add all the dry ingredients which are plain flour, baking powder, salt and coco powder. Mix this well and then gradually add this to the other bowl.
Fold in the dry ingredients well, so that all the liquid is absorbed and we are left with a rich batter. Finally add in the banana pieces and fold in.
Line the cup cake molds with cup cake liner and pour in the batter up to 2/3rd.
Bake for 15 mins till the muffins are done. I served it with chocolate sauce at the top.
