Ingredients:
Chicken mince - 500 gms
Cheddar cheese - 1 1/2 cups
Bread crumbs - 1 cup
Green chilies - 3 finely chopped
Pepper powder - 1 teaspoon
Onion - 1 medium sized, finely chopped
Plain flour - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Salt - as per taste
Coriander leaves - few chopped
Oil - for frying
Grate the cheese well and keep it aside.
In a bowl add in the chicken mince, grated cheese, bread crumbs, green chilies, chopped onion and mix well. To this add in the plain flour, corn flour, pepper powder and salt. Finally add in the coriander leaves that are finely chopped.
You may add an egg if you want to.
Make small balls from the mixture and line them in a plate. You may place these in the fridge for about 20 mins for them to become firm before we start frying.
Heat the oil well enough to fry these meat balls. Fry them till they turn brown and serve it with home made mayo or tomato ketchup.
