Ingredients:
Chicken - 250 grams
Chilli powder - 1 tablespoon
Turmeric - 1/4 teaspoon
Chicken masala - 1 tablespoon
Curd - 1 tablespoon
Corn flour - 1 tablespoon
Plain flour (Maida) - 1 tablespoon
Salt - as per taste
Oil - to fry
This is one of the easiest and quick chicken fry that I make. Clean the chicken and add all the said ingredients to it. Ensure that every chicken piece is evenly coated. Let the chicken marinate in this masala atleast for 30 minutes.
Heat oil in a pan on medium/high flame. After 30 minutes of marination, you may now fry the chicken in low/medium flame and this is how fried chicken looks.
